A recipe with a combination of flavors that are integrated with the other vegetables and the eggs that make the omelette look great to start the day with energy. - 1 manojo de celery, 1 cebolla, 1/2 pimentón, 2 ajíes dulces, 2 dientes de ajo, sal al gusto, sabroseador, pimienta, aceite.
- 1 bunch of celery, 1 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 sweet peppers, 2 garlic cloves, salt to taste, savory, pepper , oil.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos el celery, pimentón, ajíes dulces, ajo y cebolla.
- Wash and cut the celery, bell pepper, sweet peppers, garlic and onion into small pieces.
- En el sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos a fuego medio y añadimos el ajo, cebolla y ajíes dulces, mezclamos y sofreímos por 2 min.

- Agregamos el celery y mezclamos.
