Les comento que no sé si soy yo o todos los emprendedores que andamos por el camino viendo oportunidades negocio, un local tal vez para montar un lugar de ventas, o viendo que necesidades hay en nuestro alrededor que podamos satisfacer nosotros con nuestras destrezas.
Para ampliar un poco más la información de mi, trabajo en una oficina, sin embargo también soy una quincalla ambulante, aunque no tengo un local soy una vendedora de productos femeninos generalmente llevo productos de belleza, ropa, bisutería, tengo productos en casa en la oficina y conmigo siempre llevo algo para tener que ofrecer durante el camino.
Soy una Auditora de Profesión, vengo a la oficina todos los días de 8: 00 a 5:00 pm, en mi entorno laboral hay alrededor de 70 personas en distintos departamentos, somos seres humanos y estamos vulnerables a cuanto virus este en el ambiente o sufrimos los cambios climáticos que hay en el ambiente y podemos sentirnos mal , la comida del desayuno o almuerzo puede caernos mal y estamos allí en nuestro puesto correspondientes padeciendo sin tener algo a la mano algún medicamento que tomar o algún remedio de la abuela.
Según la Ley laboral Ley Orgánica de Prevención, Condiciones y Medio Ambiente de Trabajo las empresas según las normas deben tener un botiquín de primeros auxilios que contiene lo siguiente:
Algodón
Gasa para vendaje
Gasa estériles
Curitas
Adhesivo
Vendas elásticas
Paleta baja lengua
Hisopos de algodón
Tijera
Jabón azul
Termómetro
Alcohol
Agua oxigenada
Guantes desechables
Así como también la norma indica que el botiquín de Primeros Auxilios no debe contener medicamentos de ningún tipo.
Ahora bien existen los medicamentos OTC, son aquellos medicamentos que no necesitan de ningún tipo de autorización médica para ser consumidos.
Los medicamentos que se ubican en esta categoría son:
Analgésicos,
Antigripales
Remedios para la tos
Gotas para descongestión nasal
Remedios para la diarrea o el estreñimiento
Anti flatulentos y acidez estomacal
La empresa con una plantilla grande de personal se apega a la ley, y no puede tener en su botiquín de primeros auxilios nada de este tipo de medicamentos OTC, debido a un cumplimiento de horario tampoco podemos ausentarnos de nuestro puesto para ir a alguna farmacia y la zona de ubicación es una zona industrial por lo que se dificulta el acceso a alguna farmacia cerca. Si los malestares son repentinos como un resfriado y no tenemos ningún medicamento a la mano, solemos preguntar a los compañeros si tiene algo que le ayude a aliviar un poco esos malestares al menos durante la hora laboral.
Desde hace mucho tiempo decidí por prevención propia y por ayudar a mis compañeros, tener un botiquín personal donde tengo medicamentos OTC y algunos remedios de la abuela bicarbonato para el estomago a la venta a muy bajo costo. Basada en la teoría que somos adultos que queremos nuestro bienestar y no trabajar con malestares repentinos de salud, haciendo la observación de igual forma los OTC se pueden comprar sin prescripción médica y la empresa no puede ayudarnos por evitar inconveniente con la LOPCYMAT.
Este botiquin va dirigido a solucionar un problema que es frecuente dado que es una plantilla grande de trabajadores, porque la intención es poner a la orden la solución a esos malestares repentinos que nos dan en nuestro lugar de trabajo ya sea por resfriados, dolores premesntruales, pesadez estomacal después de almorzar, mis compañeros de trabajo siempre acuden a mi botiquín de primeros auxilios y me agradecen la labor.
