Today was also very delicate like yesterday, that is, it rained all day. However, the amount of rain today was less than yesterday. Sometimes there was a break for quite some time, then light rain again. Due to which common people have suffered a lot in travel.
Especially for those who have temporary shops in the middle of the road, the cost is the highest because their sales have reduced by half due to the rain. It is true that as much as rain benefits us, it also harms us in many ways. For example, due to excessive rainfall, common people have suffered a lot of damage.
Today I will share with you a slightly different vegetable recipe. In this recipe I have used total three types of vegetables. Here I have used papaya, snake gourd and pumpkin. But I have added mung bean as an extra to make the taste more.
Of course, we eat this type of recipe more in winters, because fresh vegetables are available then. And then we make beautiful recipes by mixing multiple vegetables. You will also love this recipe, especially for rainy days.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Papaya
- Snake gourd
- Pumpkin
- Mung bean
- Onion
- Garlic
- Raw chilies
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Dry chillies
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First, I put a pan in the oven, then add mung bean and enough water, then add onion.
Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste and cover with a lid to boil, remove the lid after boiling.
Then I added papaya, snake gourd and pumpkin, mixed it all together. Then I covered it again with a lid.
Removed the lid and checked if the vegetables were cooked and then added raw chillies and after some time took them down.
Then I re-heated the pan with oil, then lightly fried it with dry chili, cumin and garlic.
Then I added the boiled vegetables to them, mixed them and after some time took them down for serving.
