Now maybe I am not sharing regular cooking posts, actually getting a little more busy due to Ramadan, so I can not give too much time to present recipes. Because in Ramadan, we have to cook some common things every day in Ramadan, through which we have iftar after fasting at the end of the day. Iftar items have to spend more time.
Anyway, today I will share a great recipe with you. This is the small fish recipe. Do you like to eat small fish? I like but like a great. So I try to cook small fish a little differently, so that the taste increases greatly. I will present those scenes today, as I usually cook small fish. Maybe you may remember some exceptions, but you can check the cook in this way.
Everyone in small fish can not eat, but all of our houses like small fish. Actually my cook is a different kind of taste, I try to cook outside the traditional, due to which the level of taste is high. And considering the taste, everyone likes small fish. See everyone who likes everything, someone does not want to dislike it, that is it natural.
Today, the fish that we cooked in our region is sandy fish, but their English name is Bar-Eyed Goby. These fish are quite a taste to eat. But eating is somewhat different. Let's see today's recipe-
Ingredients:
- Bar-Eyed Goby fish
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Coriander leaves
- Yellow powder
- Chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Raw pepper
- Salt
- Oil.
Preparation:
At first I cleaned the fish, because small fish need to be cleaned a little more carefully.
Then I put a pan in the oven and heated some oil in it. Then I chopped the onions in it and fried them. Then I added all the spices and ginger garlic paste with them.
I tanned a little with all the spices then I mixed tomato slices with them and cooked like this for some time.
I then served the small fish that had been cleaned with the cooked spices, mixed with a small amount of water so that the fish would be cooked quickly.
As soon as the amount of water decreased, I sliced the raw chillies and chopped the coriander leaves on top, then cooked for some more time and took it down.
