Yesterday I was very busy all day because I went to the village house for a short time. Our village is very close to Dhaka city, it is located in a very working district of Dhaka city. So I can go to the village house very quickly if I want and come back to the city again in due time.
I brought my favorite fruit yesterday to be a house tree. If these are sour-sweet Indian jujube. There are a lot of ‘Indian jujube’ available in our country at the moment, you can buy these from anywhere in the city if you want. A fruit that is quite popular.
Today I will share with you a very simple and tasty recipe that I have made with these Indian jujube. In our country we usually try to eat ‘Indian jujube’ in this way and we eat ‘ripe Indian jujube’ by making pickles.
Indian jujube is a very healthy fruit, as delicious to eat as it is full of nutrients. This 'Indian jujube' is especially rich in various vitamins and minerals. You will be amazed at how much of a role this Indian jujube plays in our physical well-being. Let’s not look at how I made the ‘mash of flavors’ before.
Ingredients:
- Indian jujube
- Raw pepper
- Coriander leaves
- Sugar
- Salt
Preparation
At first I washed and cleaned the Indian jujube well, although it is more healthy to eat them clean from our own trees. Then I sliced them nicely.
I sliced them nicely and took them in a plate, then I mixed them with sugar, salt, coriander leaves and green chillies. There is some caution here, because if the mix is not nice, the recipe will not taste good. So I tried to do the whole thing quite carefully.
You will get some idea by looking at the scenes above me. In fact, the more careful you are in each job, the better.
See how interesting it looks after mixing it nicely with all the ingredients. As much as it tasted as good as it looked, it tasted good.
We call making something like this 'mash'. It is also a traditional dish for us. Something is mixed with various ingredients in this way and then it is tried to eat.
In our country we have the opportunity to eat a lot of ‘Indian jujube’, because most of us have this fruit tree in our house. These trees are spherical in shape and bear abundant fruit. And considering the health benefits, we try to eat more. I hope you like the recipe.
Thank you.
