Yes, today I will present a special recipe of our tradition and taste. I made it with ripe papaya. You all must like ripe papaya very much. Ripe papaya is very tasty to eat. In addition, papaya contains a variety of special ingredients, which keep our body and health healthy.

Preparation of the recipe

First I cut the ripe papaya and sliced โโit nicely. Then I blended them with light water.
Then I put some oil in a frying pan, heated them and added bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom. Then I poured the pap paste which I had made by blading.
Then I cooked them for a while and drained the water so that the ripe papaya paste became a little thicker.
Then I mixed sugar and rice with them, so that the ripe papaya paste became thicker. In fact, they are thicker and easier to make the food.
Then I mixed ghee with these, ghee always makes the food more palatable. Then I cooked for some more time.
Then I spread them all in the middle of a plate. After some time I took a knife and cut it into small pieces.
Then I lightly chopped some nuts on them. Became our traditional ripe papaya special pudding. We collect them for a long time and fill them in glass jars, then try to taste them in various ways. These are really very tasty to eat.
