ENGLISH
"One by one, I will place the tasks in front of me and complete them to the best of my ability. After all, I am a long-distance runner."
Haruki Murakami
On Sunday, March 17,
and I finally went out to look for our medal, for which we have been preparing since approximately December, a day that began at 3:30 am when we woke up to have breakfast and leave with our outfits ready and a lot of desire to finish well and give our best in that test.
THE EMOTION
At 5:00 am I should have been at Los Caobos Park, where the race started, when I arrived it was still dark, however there were already many runners concentrated in the same place, it gave me a nervous emotion but I I was distracted looking for the wardrobe to store my belongings, while I was walking I met many people I knew and between conversations and walking the hour progressed, finally I put my things away and was already trying to get into the starting corral since I had number 1493 corral C **, entering the corrals at least in this city is a bit cumbersome.
Since the night before I had my runner doll prepared, which refers to the outfit I would wear in the race with all the accessories.

THE MARATHON
The Marathon started at 6:00 am punctually with the departure of the athletes with reduced mobility, followed by all the other athletes. From the beginning it felt very hot and humid, however I assumed that it would improve as the runners distanced themselves since we were there. stuck waiting to leave.
From the beginning it was very exciting to see the public cheering on the runners from such an early hour, hydration was alternated between water and Gatorade.

The route, although already known and done during training, became very hard, with just two kilometers traveled and excessive sweat was already present.
Upon arriving in Paradise, the spirit was greater to see our official bar.
and
#HIVErun give me that support that helps us continue.
Upon arriving at Plaza Venezuela, where the distances 21 and 42 km were divided, I did an analysis of my body and I felt heaviness very quickly despite having trained.
In Mercedes I found our bar again. I am very grateful to who hydrated me with Gatorade and ran by my side for a while giving me a lot of encouragement.
For the first time at kilometer 28 I felt like vomiting, I felt dizzy, a situation that made me somewhat anxious and made me nervous just thinking that I could faint like what happened to an athlete at kilometer 16.
I was distracted by other runners, I ingested a gel to compensate for the wear and tear and the discomfort went away.
By kilometer 32 I felt the same again, however I continued my route, there was less to go but I confess that I was exhausted.

MOMENTUM
After kilometer 37 I walked approximately 1 kilometer, but my friend Fermina was waiting for me, who successfully completed her 21 km and energetically went to help me the last 5 kilometers.
As I approached kilometer 41, I entered the tunnel of sensations and emotions, the shouts of support were deafening and very vibrant, then appeared and supported me with Fermina in the last stretch.
RESULTS
Comparing the first marathon with this marathon, I can say that the temperature hit me and lowered my performance so much that I was a little unbalanced, apart from the flu that I got the week before, however I crossed the finish line and that is **MY ACHIEVEMENT. **
