Meat sandwich is one of the most popular and delicious sandwiches in the world, which is prepared with beef. This sandwich, like roast beef sandwich, is usually served with mushroom sauce, which makes it much more delicious.

ingredients:
Minced meat: 300 grams
Mushrooms: 6 pieces
Cream: 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1
Milk: 1/2 cup
Gouda or cheddar cheese: 2 sheets
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 50 grams
Salt and black pepper: as needed
Garlic powder
coriander seeds
Thyme powder
Baguette bread
How to prepare :
To prepare the sandwich, first grind the veal and pour it into a suitable bowl, then add some salt, black pepper, coriander seeds, and garlic powder to the bowl containing the meat.
Mix the meat with the flavoring for a few minutes, then put a cellophane on the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to flavor the meat. After this time, take the meat out of the refrigerator.
Pour some olive oil and butter in a frying pan and put it on the heat and turn the meat into rounds by hand and fry both sides of the meat.
You can grill the meat
Cut the onions into slices and fry them (I fried the onions in the same pan, along with the meat)
Chop the mushrooms sliced, then fry with a little oil in a suitable pan until completely fried.
Then add the milk and wait for the sauce to thicken over a gentle heat. After the sauce thickens, dilute the cream with milk, add the gouda cheese, some salt, black pepper and thyme to the sauce and allow the cheeses to melt.
Now open the baguette and pour some white sauce or any sauce you like into the baguette, then add some grilled or fried meat and then add the mushroom sauce.
You can serve the sandwich with some tomatoes, pickles and chopped lettuce
