Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today we will learn how to make egg tadka.It is a simple yet delicious. Vegetarians can also make this dish without using egg.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.
Ingredients:
-Tadka Daal
-Onion
-Tomatoes
-Egg
-Turmeric powder
-Red chilli powder
-Ginger garlic paste
-Coriander leaves
-Salt
-Tadka masala
Process:
-First boil the dal in pressure cooker
-Heat oil in pan and add onions to it. Fry till it turns golden brown
-Add tomatoes and fry for 2mins
-Add ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
-Fry the masala until the smell of ginger garlic paste goes
-Add the dal and mix well with the masala
-On the other pan fry the egg and add the fried eggs in dal
-Garnish the tadka with coriander leave
Egg tadka recipe is ready to serve. Eat it with normal chapati.Enjoyyyyyyy:)
