Firstly let me tell you the benefits of wheat flour.Enriched wheat flour may be a good source of iron, thiamine, niacin, calcium, and vitamin B6, in addition to the above nutrients. Whole wheat may be a decent source of several vitamins and minerals, including selenium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, and folate.
Rava is also high in B vitamins like thiamine and folate, which have many important roles in your body, including helping convert food into energy ( 4 ). Additionally, semolina is a good source of iron and magnesium. These minerals support red blood cell production, heart health, and blood sugar control
Ingredients:
-Wheat flour-1cup
-Rava-half cup
-Sugar-1cup
-Cardamom-5-6
-Fennel seeds-1tbsp
-Oil-to fry
Methods:
-Mix all the ingredients well in a big bowl
-Keep the bartar to get thick for 30mins
-Heat the pan for 5mins
-Pour little little batter to give it a round shape
-Then fry it on medium flame until it turns golden bronwn
The maal pua is ready ho eat .Enjoy it on evening snack
