Ingredients
• 250 g Corn Kernels
• 5-6 tbsp Besan
• 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
• 1 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry
How to make
STEP 1: Partially grind the corn kernels in a mixer and transfer it to a bowl.
STEP 2: Add gram flour, ginger paste, green chilli paste, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves and little water to the corn kernels and mix well.
STEP 3: Heat oil and add a spoonful of corn mixture in a kadhai.
STEP 4: Fry till golden brown
