It’s the festive season again, although there would not be much of guests this time due to covid but we ought to celebrate with good food amongst our families.

Who doesn’t like healthy and tasty food? We all do. Mushroom tikka is a tasty, healthy snack that can be prepared quickly.
It comes out as a world class snack and can be eaten endlessly, it’s a must to try snack for mushroom lovers.
Ingredients:
2 packets mushroom
100 gms curd
10-12 garlic cloves
Ginger
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 TBSP Red chilli powder
1/2 TBSP turmeric powder
1/2 TBSP garam masala
1/2 bowl full cream milk
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP Chaat Masala
Oregano Powder

Mint chutney
Procedure:
Step 1: pour the curd in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder and mix well.
Step 2: make a fine paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger and add to the curd mix.
Step 3: wash the mushrooms properly and add them to the curd marination. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4: place the marinated mushrooms in a pre heated oven (200 degrees) and allow it to cook well. Slowly, the mushrooms will start to turn brown.
Step 5: once the mushrooms turn brown, take them out in a bowl, add cream, chaat masala, butter and oregano and give it a good mix.
Step 6: serve hot with mint chutney.
