Turaiki sabzi (Ridge gourd) is loved by less and hated by a lot especially by children. People find it a boring vegetable to eat, but turai is one of those vegetables that absorbs all other flavors wonderfully and makes the dish amazingly delicious. It is rich in nutrients, has a lot of water content and it’s a myth that it can’t be tasty. Turaiki sabzi is a very simple dish wonderfully seasoned but not too spicy and tomato adds sweetness.
