A wonderful snack that can be eaten any time, Stuffed Capsicum is not only delicious but healthy. It requires minimal oil, that too you can choose to use Olive oil. The stuffing can vary as per your choice of food. But the end product will always be a delicious snack.

Ingredients:
• 250 gmsCapsicum
• 2 Cheese cubes
• 2 Potatoes
• ½ TBSP Black pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• Oregano
Step 1: Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them.
Step 2: Finely chop the garlic cloves.Add in a bowl. Grate the cheese in the bowl. Now mix the potatoes and add the spices. Mix well.
Step 3: Cut the capsicum into 2 equal halves. Hollow themby removing all the seeds and cutting the stem out.
Step 4: Now fill the capsicumwith the stuffing prepared.
Step 5: Keep the capsicumin OTG and grill it for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 6: Take out in a platter and serve hot with mint chutney.
