OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 79th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.
Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

A pouch is an indispensable accessory in our portfolio, a thousand times it has saved us in situations where we leave the house in a hurry, so we will make a pouch with just a lid of our wet wipes.

I've always liked time travel, and video games of my time are a good opportunity to experience it. Even though I declare myself not to be an expert on the subject, I like to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. I feel that a good writer has to do it from time to time and, at this moment, I assume it with this exciting topic.

Community: THE WEEKEND

Hello dear friends. I hope you are happy to see my achievement on this path. I thank my colleagues who gave me their tips and thus continue in this good process. Summer is beautiful, the birds are fluttering in the sky, butterflies are beginning to be seen, and you can't miss the blue sky with the beautiful clouds. While we were going for a walk, I told Mariangel to do me the favor of taking some pictures for an article 😎.

Emiliana "Emil" Julapong was born in 1947, just two years after the end of World War II, to Boholano parents in the municipality of Sevilla, the eldest of 13 siblings. You probably think that 13 is a lucky number, (or unlucky number depending on what culture you grew up in) but my grandma didn't have that much luck in the circumstances she grew up in with her family.

One of the techniques used in freediving is equalization to prevent your ears from damage as you descend in deep waters and to avoid also from dizziness that may lead to unconsciousness which makes it dangerous because you're in waters. In doing the equalization you simply pinch your nose and blow air to it until such you hear popping sound in your ears. Like what my friend did in above photo.

How are you all? Sharing to you this video of our visit to the Rise and Rebuild Foundation Farm in Sogod, Cebu Philipines. This is a 9-hectare-farm of vegetables. The mission of the foundation is to feed malnurished children in the community. This is just one of the three farms they have. They have one in Tarlac and one in Samar.

Hummus has to be one of my favorite foods. It can be eaten the classic way with pitta bread or with raw carrot and cucumber. I enjoy adding it to couscous and roasted vegetables too. I even spread it on toast. I love to make it fresh and usually go for the classic recipe but I wanted to try something a bit different today. I haven't written a food post in ages and decided this would be a yummy one to share. Who doesn't love hummus right?

I sometimes forget just how much people are interested in Japan and I’ve lived here 8 of the last 23 years. I am not Japanese but I’ve spent a whole lot of time trying to understand it, exploring its biggest city and being influenced by the way of life here.

I remember when I was about 8 years old, I liked to read those school books with stories and tales, accompanied by very colorful illustrations. They were very basic characters, with big eyes but beautiful; from then on my drawings always followed that same line: cartoonish, colorful and basic. As far as I paint, I have defined myself as a Naif artist. I enjoy painting naive characters, maybe basic, but very spontaneous. I believe that by painting in this way I express my inner self, that being that loves the beauty of the simple and the colors that refresh places.
This concludes this batch's curation report. We would like to congratulate those who are featured and supported. Keep up the good work and continue to explore Hive Communities.
