No running today but I had a great session at the gym. I am currently doing the push, pull, legs routine and today was pull day. Started by warming up then did 3 ssts of 12 reps of the following exercises; 10 minute on the bike, lat pulldowns, pullups,seated rows, tricep pull downs,incline rows. Tomorrow I will go for a 7km easy run or gym again, lets see how the body feels, blessed day to all.
