While everybody talks about workout and exercise, I will show you a great post-workout meal for the growth of our muscles.
You will need:
120g canned tuna in it's own juice
70g spaghetti
200g tomato pulp
tsp of erythritol (instead of sugar)
salt
basil
garlic powderPreparation:
Put tomato pulp in a low wide saucepan over high heat. Add salt and erythritol.
Bring to a boil, then move it away and add tuna, garlic and basil.
Mix it together.
Make spaghetti as usual.
And finally, put spaghetti and add sauce on the plate.
That's it! Simple and great meal/lunch.
Tuna brings proteins and spaghetti carbohydrates that we need.
