Sweet And Sour Cauliflower
Sour and sweet cauliflower is a simple dish, but has a spectacular taste on the tongue. The way to serve it is quite easy, even the ingredients used are very minimal. So, it makes it easier for anyone who wants to make this dish.
Cauliflower is really delicious any way it is prepared. However, you need to know that cauliflower is prepared with sweet and sour seasoning or other spicy spices. It must have the right level of taste, because too much taste can make us feel bad about eating it. Therefore, don't add too much spice when processing the cauliflower itself.
I often prepare cauliflower in various dishes, in dish cauliflower should not be overcooked when cooked. Moreover, cauliflower cooks very quickly, therefore I suggest that when cooking it, make sure the spices are half cooked so that when you add the cauliflower everything has the right concentration of flavor.

Materials Used
300 grams of cauliflower
Enough mushrooms (optional)
5 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cooking Procedure
Step 1
Prepare the cauliflower, then cut the flower into small pieces or according to taste.
Step 2
As usual, briefly soak the cabbage heads in salt water for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut small mushrooms that have been soaked in water. So mushrooms themselves are a substitute for meat in this dish.
Step 4
Cut the red chilies diagonally, and then also cut the spring onions lengthwise into 1 cm pieces.
Step 5
Once all the ingredients are ready, grind the spices, shallots, garlic and 1 red chili. Grind until the spices are smooth.
Step 6
Saute the ground spices with a little oil Add red chilies.
Step 7
Then add the cauliflower and spring onions.

Next add the mushroom pieces. Cook both, adding a little water if the spices have reduced.
Step 9
Then add sweet soy sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce. So, this sauce when making sweet and sour is a must have.

Season with salt, sugar, then cook until all the vegetables are cooked perfectly. Don't forget to add cornstarch solution.

Sweet and sour cauliflower is ready to be served, so for the perfect sour taste, you can add a little vinegar to the dish. Because I don't like it too sour, I only use the acidity level of tomato sauce.
