Recently, I've been taking herbal remedies to boost my immunity. Well the herbal medicine is made from common spices. But I experienced good digestion after taking the herbs. Now after a few days I skip the spices I have digestive problems again, so to be more precise I take the best way by cooking vegetables that are soupy. Vegetable soup can indeed make me feel lighter, rather than enjoying food that contains a lot of oil. This dish is very simple and easy for you to make, and certainly suitable for daily meals at home with family.
Jumur stir-fried soup with mustard greens
This recipe was inspired by my mother who often combines various vegetables as side dishes at home. However, because I have mushrooms that I bought at the supermarket yesterday I tried to make this soupy dish. It's quite simple with the ingredients of onion and tomato seasoning and the addition of whole chili peppers that you can set the level of spiciness you want when enjoying it.

Ingredients Used
100 grams of mushrooms
1 bunch of mustard greens
6 pieces of chicory
1 tomato
3 cloves shallots
1 clove of garlic
8 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Procedure
Step 1
Cut the vegetables, first I started by cutting the mustard greens with a size of three cm. Then cut the mushrooms into three cm pieces or according to your taste.
Step 2
Next, prepare the chicory, cut it according to the mustard greens and mushrooms.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes and also shallots and garlic according to taste.
Step 4
All vegetables are ready to be chopped, then prepare one tablespoon of cooking oil, saute the garlic and shallots until brownish yellow.
Step 5
Enter the green mustard stalks, then add the cayenne pepper and saute briefly until wilted.
Step 6
Add water and then add tomato pieces.
Step 7
Add mustard, white then add mushrooms cook until everything is wilted.
Step 8
Wait until it boils then add the mustard greens stir for a minute then add a teaspoon of salt. Then turn off the stove and serve.
Results
Serve the mushroom mustard vegetable combination in a serving bowl. This gravy dish is perfect in winter. The combination of green vegetables that aid digestion works well with mushrooms. Mushrooms provide a savory taste that can replace the flavoring in the dish. Moreover, the addition of tomato slices is enough to provide more savory levels.
