Taking advantage of the large number of young papayas behind the house is a very enjoyable thing. How could it not be, other than taking it directly in the back garden. It's really fun to make use of available ingredients by experimenting with new menus at home. At first I was doubtful about better results, but who would have thought that papaya would be enough to make this snack delicious.
