Happy start to this beautiful new week hivers, and to my loving friends of #plantpower community I send warm greetings to you all. It's always a pleasure to wish us good health at all times and to also commend each and every one who has continued to support this community and #hive in general.
So guys I will always want to bring something so good on this stage anytime I come on here because that is an opportunity I have to contribute and be supportive.
I have always had the believe that weekends are ment for good foods and relaxation because for those of us who are working, that is the only time we can give our kitchen and family quality time by preparing something so unique and exotic.
We all will also agree with me that breakfast should always be something warm and delightful which could be coffee with toast bread, a cup of tea with some cup cake, cereals of our choice or a hot bolw of light vegetable soup to keep us heads on for the day before lunch.
So this Sunday morning guys I quickly made a hot potatoe cabbage soup with other sides vegetables since am not drinking coffee, tea, or cereal. This soup is just for one serving so it does not take much time to be ready.
Let's check this soup out lovelies :
INGREDIENTS: (one serving )
1 medium sixe Potatoe
1/2 size of a small whole cabbage
2 small carrots
1 green peppers
1 hot reď pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of curry
Ginger for aroma.
Steps To Preparation :
- Peel the potatoes and cut in chop shapes . Then clean the vegetables, wash , slice and keep ready.
- Wash the potatoes, add the salt and set on the stove to start boiling
- Boil for just a minute or two before you add the cabbage to avoid over cooking the potatoes.
- Add the carrots, the green pepper and the hot pepper in another minute, cover and allow to cook for another 1 minutes
- Add the seasoning ingredients. The curry, nutmeg and the soy cube flavour. One (1) tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Allow to cook for another 1 minute and set it down.
- Our hot potatoe cabbage soup made fresh is ready for serving.
To enjoy this soup, eat while its still hot to get the full warnness of a morning breakfast and the freshness of a good healthy meal of a plant based vegan richness. All the ingredients in this fresh soup is purely vegan love which is not expensive and can also be a left over in our pantry from time to time.
