That's why I decided to try a very tasty sweet dish that can be made even in the middle of a busy schedule. This is actually called 'mukulu' in Sri Lanka. You don't need many ingredients to make it and you can make this tasty snack with the ingredients you have at home. So let's see how to make these delicious mukulu.
Ingredients;
- Four tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/4 cups of grated coconut
- Two and half tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- 75ml of coconut oil
- 45ml of water
The method of making;
First of all, add grated coconut to a bowl. After that add sugar to it.
After adding salt powder, add flour little by little and stir this mixture.
Add water little by little and prepare this flour mill to the required consistency.
Break the prepared coconut and flour mixture into small balls using a mill.
Form small balls into triangular shape by hand.
Once the oil is hot, fry on low flame until golden on both sides for about seven to eight minutes.
