Ingredients;
- Two medium sized round potatoes
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Two tablespoons of plain flour
- 100 ml of coconut oil
- One and a half cups of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- One and a half teaspoons of sugar
The method of making;
First, remove the skin from the potatoes and wash them well.
Then cut into very thin slices.
Now add water to these potatoes, add 3/4 teaspoons of salt powder to it and let it keep for about fifteen minutes.
After about fifteen minutes, it can be seen that these potato round slices are soaked very well.
Now filter the water and remove it.
Now for someone who likes spicy food, we can add chili powder and pepper powder to this flour mixture.
If you don't want to eat spicy food, we can directly dip these potato slices into the flour mixture.
Spread the potato slices in flour and make rolling them into a rose flower one by one.
Now, because the potatoes made like this are fried in rose oil, we need to hold the potato slices made in the shape of these roses with a toothpick support.
Now place a deep aluminum pot on the stove and put some oil in it and heat the oil well. After that, reduce the heat on the stove and fry these potato roses in deep oil until they become a normal golden color for about four to five minutes.
Now let's make the sauce mixture. For that, add one tablespoon of tomato sauce to a bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder. Then add sugar. After that add a teaspoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of water and stir fry.
Now keep the sauce mixture made like this on the stove for about thirty seconds, stir and remove from the stove.
**Sprinkle this sauce mixture over the fried potato roses and taste it. So I personally like this dish. In particular, instead of feeding children the same way, we can provide this in a special and different way in a way that makes them happy.
