Hoy quiero compartirles con mucha emoción cómo va progresando un sueño que estoy construyendo paso a paso aquí en casa: mi propio espacio de entrenamiento. Levantar un proyecto así no es sencillo, pero cuando se hace con amor y constancia, cada pequeño avance cuenta. Este gimnasio no es solo un lugar para hacer ejercicio; es el resultado del esfuerzo que mi hijo y yo estamos haciendo para tener un espacio de salud y bienestar sin tener que salir de nuestro hogar.

A veces el día a día y el trabajo nos absorben, pero ver cómo este rincón va tomando forma me llena de mucha satisfacción.

Today, I'm excited to share with you how a dream I'm building step by step here at home is progressing: my own training space. Setting up a project like this isn't easy, but when you do it with love and perseverance, every little step forward counts. This gym isn't just a place to exercise; it's the result of the effort my son and I are making to have a space for health and wellness without having to leave our home.

Sometimes everyday life and work consume us, but seeing how this corner is taking shape fills me with great satisfaction.

Nuestro espacio sigue evolucionando y ya logramos techar el área de las máquinas y bancos, así que el clima ya no será un obstáculo para las rutinas de entrenamiento. Actualmente, estamos trabajando en los acabados de paredes, piso e iluminación, además de un próximo cerramiento para garantizar mayor privacidad. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un espacio cómodo, funcional y motivador para todos.

Queremos que sea un espacio funcional donde podamos mantenernos activos tanto nosotros como las personas de la comunidad alrededor, especialmente después de las largas jornadas de trabajo.

No hay nada más gratificante que ver cómo el esfuerzo transforma un espacio vacío en un lugar lleno de metas y salud. Después de un tiempo ausente, hoy quiero romper el hielo compartiendo con ustedes el progreso de mi gimnasio casero. Gracias de corazón por su apoyo constante y por permitirme hacerlos parte de este proceso.

Our space continues to evolve, and we have already managed to roof the area where the machines and benches are located, so the weather will no longer be an obstacle to training routines. We are currently working on the finishes for the walls, floor, and lighting, as well as an upcoming enclosure to ensure greater privacy. Our goal is to offer a comfortable, functional, and motivating space for everyone.

We want it to be a functional space where both we and the people in the surrounding community can stay active, especially after long workdays.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing how effort transforms an empty space into a place full of goals and health. After some time away, today I want to break the ice by sharing with you the progress of my home gym. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your constant support and for allowing me to make you part of this process.
