| Here I chopped some nice sized tomato & potatoes and cleaned them properly. | |
| There are some masala that increases the taste of curry and there are Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seed Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Salt. | |
| I added some green pepper in the curry for a special taste and scent. |
Steps:
At first, I added salt, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder on the chopped fish pieces and I mixed them properly cause I was going to fry them.
Then I fried fish pieces with hot oil.
When I was done frying the fish pieces, I fried the chopped onions and then I added the some small pieces tomato to fry.
Then I added all the masala and the potato and remaining tomato and steamed them for some time.
Then I added the fried fish pieces and poured some water.
Then I had to wait for the curry to be finished.
I had to check the curry in the meantime by tasting it.
The curry is ready to taste at this time and it was nice and tasty.
