Feels like a great day today as I hit all my goals, quite late in the day too but thankfully football was on so I had entertainment while I used my walking pad for about 70ish minutes. I wanted to get my steps in but also I want to increase my stamina once again, so I’m aiming to push myself more on the higher settings just to stay in quite a challenging zone.
I’ve done a small amount of weight training today too not a lot but some is better than none. I recently returned the bench I bought back to amazon as it was quite awful the more I used it. Need to find a much sturdier bench but that comes with an increased price 😂 So that’s on the back burner for now
