Very happy with my progress again today, each day it’s becoming a little easier with my stamina increasing back to where it once was, only downside is my ankle issues from the overusing. I picked up some bandages today to wrap my ankle with as i’ve tried so many braces and support aids that seem to hinder more than help. So back to the default method!
Overall another great day I really didn’t expect to hit 15K steps but it was a nice surprised when I opened up the fitness app, cheers!
