Today was not bad at all. It was long, but not bad. We had a partner workout. Those are my favorite. I got to reat about 45 seconds or so while my partner did his reps.
It was smaller rep schemes, so mentally O was good to go! I started at 95#, and worked up to 125# for my jerks today.
I wore my knees sleeves since there was a lot of jumping and thrusters.
Here were the box jumps.
And, of course, Burpees....
Finally, I did a little handstand walking for fun!
