These are the 12 movements. It is set up like 12 days of Christmas. You start with the 1st 'day's, then on to the 2nd day. Then you repeat the 1st day. Next is 3rd day, 2nd day, 1st day, etc. I did a lot of handstand pushups and clusters today. My weight for all the barbell work was 95#.
That was most of the setup. The time cap was 45min. I finished in 39 minutes and change. It was extremely humid today, and when you get to the later rounds, things get mental. I just kept going. The more I encounter mental challenges, the stronger I will get, mentally.
