It is Christmas and all my running around today managed to add up to just over 5,000 on my activity tracking. That is awesome and amazing. We stayed up past midnight, then got up early for presents. Breakfast was with nearby family, and them we spent the rest of the day eating and playing games.
I got this amazing Normatec recovery system! I can't wait to use it. It is compression therapy and has been on my list for a few years now. I am so excited. Bring on alllll the fitness!
