Ever wake up not quite feeling yourself? Ladies, well this lady, calls it feeling hormonal. I woke up edgy and a little sad for no reason #hormones. I knew that working out and getting sweaty would be a great way to help blast it.
We did a chipper today.
60 dumbbell hang clean and jerks-50#
50 tows to bar
40 Burpess box jump overs
30 thrusters-80#
20 power cleans- 110#
It took just under 24 minutes. A strong lady next to me told me that she was keeping me in her sights. That was motivating, and helped my funk mood.
Afterwards, I got to use my Normatec. It was amazing.
