Waking up and getting to the gym is half the battle. I always start with some supplements and a little caffeine to get me going.
I check out the workout scheduled when I arrive, and there is where I mentally start preparing myself for the next hour.
Deadlifts are not my strongest lift because I need to work on my form more. Today I did most of my reps at 175#, and I finished up at 210#×10.
The workout itself took about 18 minutes, and my right arm is only slightly bruised from the kettlebell snatches. It could have been much worse.
We still had some fog when we left today, it lifted shortly after we finished the workout. The first thing this morning though, it was pretty thick.
