I love Sunday. It is a day of rest and reflection. After church, I usually get the best and most relaxing nap! I look forward to that nap all week. I sleep longer than just the small power naps during the week.
I got out and did a 5 mile walk with some jogging. My pace is incredibly slow. I might as well be walking, but baby steps toward getting back to my running shape. There is a lot of hill involved in my walk, but still it is taking me about 75 min.
When I got home, this little monkey decided to stand on my shoulders. They used to do this all the time. It is a little therapeutic, and also who wouldn't want a cute little monkey on yer back?!
