The heavier it gets, the mental I become. The way to get past this, is to lift heavy more often.
I put up 230#, up 10# from 220#. I ended up doing 170x20, but 230 for 1 escaped me today.
Maybe next week.
When I got home, I went on a jog. I had a timeline and was able to get it all in before my appointment.
I had a bunch of errands and pickups to do today. I ended up at water polo with my boys and walking some more while waiting for them to finish.
I saw an amazing sunset in the process.
