We started with some barbell work today. 10 bench every minute for 10 minutes at 85#. Then we do rows, strict press, rows, and curls.
I was able to get another run in today fo 6 miles again. So far, my legs seem to be okay with the mileage. Most of my miles today were in the 12 minute range. That is a pretty relaxed pace for me, but I would like to speed it up.
I have also been doing a lot of running around with picking up kids and appointments.
This is a short reflection of the long day, but think of it more like cliff's notes. :)
