I neglected to take pics at the workout this morning, so I put up am eyeliner I tattooed today.
I started the morning at 5am, getting up for a gym session that would be tough. I haven't been squatting as much as I am accustomed to, and have been doing a lot more running. This makes my legs weaker even though my cardio is better.
We were to do 4 sets of 6 front squats superset with 12 back squats. I chose 135#, but that was down a solid 30 lbs. or so from where I "should have been." I kept lifting even though I wanted to just walk away during the first set-struggling with how heavy it felt when it shouldn't have.
Still deciding on how I want to fitness the next few months......more lifting....more running.....
