I have been working on cleaning up my eating this week, but am finding myself tired all week so far. I may need to cycle off my preworkout I have in the morning.
I did 135# for my back squats. Since we had to do 5 every minute for 5 minutes, I kept it mostly comfortable. It was tiring. I also need to up my weightlifting and get a routine again for that.
I had to report for jury duty right after the workout, so did not get a run in either. After being excuse, I went to tattoo some faces.
