Yo. Fellas, Mon here :)
After my office duty, I set my alarm at 8 PM for my Jogging and outdoor exercises.
This is my workout spot an empty park full of lights, trees and benches.
My workouts are:
Jumping rope
Mountain climbers
Jumping jacks
As you can see. I focus on the legs and core cause I was preparing for a 20K run and these are effective exercises for my mobility and endurance.
I feel so motivated more cause I reach my 10K milestone. I also completed my daily task for Sweatcoin and my Phone Fitness App.
I also got my rewards from 5K to 10K
So that's it! I'm so happy with these achievements, I'm confident that I can finish the upcoming Fun run ❣
