Today was a struggle as I fell asleep late last night due to an event which made the morning a challenge all around. I was feeling a bit sore as well from my workout midweek as I went heavy so I decided to get work done early to then make the time to head to the gym for a workout. I did feel better after lunch which got me to do a core training session right after.
I also decided to get some trigger sessions before the gym to get the blood flowing in preparation. As I dashed to the gym, I thought about which workout to do as I did not check if I could join a class. Instead, I got on the treadmill and did an interval routine suggested by the treadmill. It was a bit slow to start to I raised the level pretty quickly to get a good pace. I had logged in so it was comparing to my last routine which was half as intense. This was encouraging to see as it shows the progress I have achieved over the last couple of months.
