Friday has finally arrived but it was no escape to the craziness of these past weeks at work. I slept in as I needed to catch up on some sleep to recover mind and body. That meant no early workout but I knew I would attack my activity level in the evening at the gym. Work was crazy as expected so it all depended on the evening workout.
Got to the gym earlier than my GTX class so I was able to warm up and stretch before the push of the class. It was a good class that challenged me a bit with some constant Zone 3 training which I think will help over time as I battle between strength training and endurance. Still think some pieces are missing to everything I have on the fitness and health side but will adjust as I learn more and how my body reacts.
