The calendar was pretty open today so I had time to get things done before and after work easily. It started with an early walk outside. It was hotter than I would have liked but it got the sweat running and the heart rate moderately up to get ready for the day ahead. After a shower and another coffee, I was heads down at work to get things done in advance of the next wave of work to come.
The afternoon came and the workday ended early so I headed to the gym for another workout. This time it was for some weight training as I went heavy. It was a full body day so got my core exercises in before it was all done. I got back home for a good meal and another shower to rest for an early start tomorrow as the schedule gets back up to par.
