I was awake early today to get ahead if my busy schedule. After a good cup of coffee, I left to the gym for a workout. As I drove, I debated on my workout but ultimately decided to got for some speed intervals on the treadmill. I was able to add some intensity with a slight incline throughout the 45 minute session. The sweat was dripping by the end and it took a good shower to get my body ready for work.
I also got an early meal to ensure I had the energy for the meetings ahead which kept the day busy for the most part. The good news was that I was home early and that got me a chance to rest and relax as the weekend is closing in. I enjoy a good movie before getting ready for an early bedtime to catch up on sleep. Almost done with the week!
