All the time I had throughout the week was given back today as it was the busiest Friday I have had at work in a while. This did not let me get much done during the day except for a quick PT session for my back which is starting to feel better. I focus on getting my meals and protein early so that I can have the energy ahead of the evening workout at the gym.
Work ended timely so I still had time to get to the gym and even do a little warm up walk before the class fot started. It was a good session between cardio and lifting for an hour so I was able to achieve my goals for the day. Given that my back is feeling better, I will look for another weight training session this weekend to see if I can start adding some volume despite a couple of busy weeks ahead at work which will include travel again.
