I started early today as my schedule was even more busy than yesterday. After a morning coffee, I headed to the gym before dawn for a good workout. After a short warmup, I hit the weights and went heavy as I really need to ensure that I am maintaining my muscle while I focus again on losing some weight. The extra weight has been impacting many aspects of my life in recent weeks.
Looking to adjust my meals and diet again to be disciplined to achieve progress to improve that metric so weights will be key for maintenance. Not sure what else I can do at the moment but I guess my next medical appointment will be a time to ask. While I am feeling progressing, it seems that trade offs continue. Patience will be key.
