I was glad to have no rush this morning to get my work day started thanks to planning ahead and separating some time for me in the morning. I got up and after a quick coffee, I headed to the gym for some cardio as my legs were ready for a bit of a push after my runs last week. I opted for some interval training as I did want to enjoy things a bit before breakfast and the start to my day.
It helped with some well needed energy as the day was very long afterwards with the week looking to be a challenge for workouts given my schedule. In the end, I got plenty of activity as I had to walk plenty between meetings as well. Dinner was close today but also had me pacing more than expected. Tomorrow will be the challenge as I have a very early start to my schedule which also extends to late at night. Trying to get to sleep to try to hit the gym again before it all starts again.
