Finally getting home today but still had a solid agenda of things to do both at work and at home. I got a bit of walking done in the terminal but not much so I knew that getting my activity would be a challenge today. As the day went on, my motivation got worse as my mind and body were tired. After my last meeting, I had a cup of coffee to get me a little boost to head to the gym for a workout.
I warmed up at the treadmill to let the blood flow before hitting the weights heavy. I was surprised that I was able to get the lifts done without much fatigue although the last couple of exercises were rough for me. Despite that, I finished in the treadmill for a cooldown so that I could then just focus on resting after my shower and dinner. The weekend will be good to have as I have some catching up to do across many things.
