Today the family of my friend Blai slaughtered 2 pigs. It's a real good opportunity to get to know the local habits from the village like it has been 100 years ago. Also time for some anatomy lessons. But the main goal today was making Sobrasada, a well known local speciality (paprika sausage) - or maybe the main goal is the food which is being prepared and offered during and after the preparation of the sausages? LOL
