No Waste Of Taste

Butternut "Spätzli"

^{Spätzli is a speciality from Switzerland, which i added some Butternut here... But could be any other food. Traditionally this menu is served with cream and cheese.}

Full Cast:

Any Flour
Eggs
Salt

Butternut
Fresh Water

Mixed all together until you got a creamy texture... thicker the dough is, more button like the Spätzli will turn out, then called "Knöpfli" = small buttons😉

This is a "No Waste Of Taste" - Production

I am avoiding waste by recycling "all" leftovers. So no waste of taste in my kitchen... Most ingredients are what others don't buy anymore. "Only" organically grown and produced as local as possible. Then enriched with all the tastiness you can find in nature... Even the "waste" during the cooking process is often used to complete the menus!
