Banana Muffins
Banana is an only fruit that is available through out the year after apple. I'm talking about my region Asia where you will find both bananas and apples everywhere throughout of the year. So, making dishes which includes banana is super easy and affordable.
This time, I had few bananas in my fridge that were ripped ones and we need ripped bananas for these yummy muffins. This recipe is so easy that can be made by any age group.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium sized ripped bananas
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
💫 Method:
- Take a bowl, add peeled off bananas and mesh them with the help of potato mesher or fork
- Now, add brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, and eggs
- Mix them very well so they can incorporate well
- Now sift all purpose flour along with salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix with wet ingredients very well
- Take a muffin tray, lined with cupcake liners and pour the prepared batter to the 3rd part of the muffin liner
- You can put any dry fruit on top of batter. I used walnut
- Now put the muffin tray in the pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 Celsius
- You will feel aroma in an entire house when it gets ready
