I made a great chocolate and peanut butter smoothie for breakfast this morning. It is great for replacing any meal or if you have a milk shake craving. It only has three ingredients and is super easy to make. In a blender, add 1 Premier Protein shake, 4 tablespoons of organic peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar free Hershey's chocolate syrup. Blend well, then add a glass of ice and blend until you have a milk shake consistency. I think I could drink this every day. It's pretty awesome!
